How it all started

It wasn’t planned at all. Back in the 90s, I was living partly in Germany, where I ended up buying my very first car – a classic Audi 80. With my dad’s help, we fixed it up, and I brought it home to the Czech Republic.

People around me quickly noticed that I spoke German, knew cars well, and could bring in a quality vehicle. “Kubrt, could you get something for me too?” And so I started importing cars for friends, then for friends of friends, and suddenly it all took off on its own.

Jak to všechno začalo

Začalo to vlastně úplnou náhodou. V devadesátkách jsem střídavě žil v Německu a jednou jsem tam koupil svoje první auto, starou dobrou Audi 80. Táta mi pomohl dát ji dohromady a já ji dovezl do Čech.

Lidi kolem mě si rychle všimli, že umím německy, mám přehled o autech a dokážu přivézt kvalitní vůz. „Kubrte, nepřivezl bys něco i pro mě?“ A tak jsem začal vozit auta pro známé, pak pro známé známých, a najednou to jelo samo.

Things you probably don’t know about me

Most people know me because of cars or videos. But very few know me for having my heart in the right place. For years I’ve been helping people who haven’t had the same luck in life. Simply because it makes sense to me.

That’s also why the I Am Not Invisible project was created.

Our goal is to help Roma children and other minorities integrate into society. We want to create an environment where neither origin nor skin colour decides how people treat one another.

What we do specifically

🏠 We organise charity events (Chomutov, Most)

🎓 We support the integration of Roma children and children from other minorities, helping them find their place in society.

🌍 We fight against discrimination and bring together people who want to help.

This project is not marketing for Kubrt Auto. It is not an advertisement. It’s an initiative I stand behind because I believe in change. I believe we must start with children, because one day they will decide what our society looks like.
